The only reason I’m giving them four stars is because the technician checking me out, realized that they had up sold me on a longer length of oil change. Plus, the technician that checked me out was really friendly and helpful. When the last time I was in there, the technician had told me I no longer had any more free oil changes, but the weight was over two hours, which is ridiculous considering my appointment was right away in the morning

I was hesitant about leasing a car due to a recent loss of my father and I did not want to be taken advantage because of that or because of how young I am. Mr. Keaton’s customer service was exceptional. Not only did he sent the standard text message to follow the status of my repairs, but as he passed through the the waiting room he talk in depth about my vehicle. This is my first electrical vehicle and I had plenty questions.

I am an out-of-tower and Potamkin repaired my car on very short notice and in astonishingly quick time including some outstanding safety recalls. I wish they were my local dealer.

Ultimately, I take responsibility for not catching the discrepancy before signing the paperwork, but it was still disappointing to discover afterward. I wish the numbers had matched what was discussed. Overall, I'm happy with my truck and very pleased with the service Tarik provided, but I hope the dealership can improve communication and transparency during the finance process.

Maurice (Moe) helped us a lot to choose a car, we only went to just to see options but he helped a lot. So, we finally purchased the car with great service.
