Due to his friendliness, excellent communication, and patience in answering lots of questions, I drove 3.5 hours from another state to see vehicle in the hopes that it was in as good a condition as described. Purchased new Hyundai Tucson recently. I had to bring it in for minor service. Fist time there so wasn't sure of the setup, but David H who had taken my appointment by phonewas there to assist. He was very nice and professional. The wait was not long. The sitting area for customerservice was nice. Overall first service experience was good and David provided excellent service.

This last vist was great. There was an advisor in the bay as I pulled in, then he alerted Jonathan for me. All the work was discussed before starting as usual. And the job was completed in a timely manner. The waiting area is good with free coffee and water. All around a good experience!
