We did end up with a 2026 Palisade that is perfect except that we ended up buying from another dealer - I would have loved to give my business to Julian. I had a very smooth car-buying experience with Kyle, from test driving the vehicle to having my numerous questions answered. When I arrived, the car I was interested in was out front, ready to go, and after a quick test drive, I was able to get right to the buying process. The paperwork did take some time, since I wasn't a resident of Georgia, but I never felt like my time was being wasted or taken up unnecessarily. I had come with the intention of buying the car, but still, I never felt like I was being pressured into a sale or trying to be sold on some coverage or warranty or other fluff. The finance office was very straightforward on what was what and what was recommended or not for me, and it didn't feel like I was being nudged into getting anything unnecessary. Their initial offer on my trade-in was quite below the blue book value, though. Granted, my trade-in wasn't brand new but it wasn't broken down either, and offering 3k below the low end of the blue book value was quite the surprise. They weren't unreasonable, though, and we were able to make a deal, but I was surprised that they seemed to think their initial offer was reasonable in the first place. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would recommend this dealership, and Kyle, to anyone looking to purchase a car.

I visited Potamkin Hyundai today and purchased a 2024 Genesis GV80. My wife wanted a white prestige package with the peanut butter seats. They put her in exactly what she wanted. We are officially members of the Tiger's Den. We were given the VIP treatment from the moment we pulled into the parking lot, until we drove off the lot with our second Genesis. I will definitely purchase another vehicle from them in the future. I recommend that you check them out for yourself.

Unfortunately, I discovered that there had been a poor paint job done on the back passenger door, which eventually resulted in a hole in the door. Since I am the second owner of the vehicle, I wasn’t sure what could be done, but I decided to reach out to Potamkin Hyundai in Lilburn. That’s when I met Ken Hinger, one of the managers, and I have to say, he went above and beyond to help me. I was initially upset because I had to pay some money out of pocket for the repair. However, Ken worked with me and even contributed a portion of the cost himself to help make sure the entire back passenger door could be properly repainted. That level of effort and consideration truly meant a lot to me. What started as a frustrating situation ended up being a very positive experience because of the way I was treated. Top-notch dealership focused on making customer happy. Fortunately for me, Lloyd G answered phone when I called about a used vehicle I found on Car Gurus site. Due to his friendliness, excellent communication, and patience in answering lots of questions, I drove 3.5 hours from another state to see vehicle in the hopes that it was in as good a condition as described. It was even better than described! This was confirmed by a PPI performed by an independent mechanic. Even though Lloyd had the day off on the day I arrived, he made sure to be there and spent several hours with me making sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. That’s going above & beyond! I love my “new to me” Honda Passport and want to especially thank Lloyd, Josh & Michael for their kindness and making the car buying experience as stress free as possible.
