Drew Patel with Potamkin Hyundai was extremely helpful. From the moment I stepped out of my vehicle, he was very professional. I was able to get all of the information for a vehicle I was inquiring about. He was able to take me on a test drive and hopefully my family will be purchasing the vehicle. I appreciate his time and dedication to what I need for my family.

Unfortunately we never finished a deal with this dealership. However, I felt the need to leave a review about the finance part of this dealership. I have dealt with a lot of car dealerships over the years and each time I come out with enormous hits to my credit report. However, this dealership really cares about their customers. My daughter went in to trade in her car and I was asked to potentially be a cosigner and when the finance manager pulled my credit, he seen the horrific nightmare I have been through with other car dealership and he gave me a thorough education On how this was ridiculous and how it hurt me. I say all of that to say most dealerships will run your credit as he demonstrated. They’ll just throw it up against the wall and see what sticks not this dealership. They actually look at your credit history look at your potential and what they can do before they just start running your credit and may not mean much to most, but to me that is a sign of true champions they have a business to run. They have sales to get, but they also are very considerate of their customers. The reason I decided to write this review because my daughter went to this dealership maybe 30 days ago and usually when I go to a dealership I get about anywhere from 15 to 20 different banks sending me letters of denial not this dealership. I only just received a denial letter from the dealership And I had forgot I had even applied.. Thank you for being a true champion of dealers. Thank you for caring about my credit health. You have definitely gained our respect and once we can fix what we need to fix we will definitely be back to finish a deal thank you.

I had no plans of leaving Potamkin Hyundai today with a car, especially with the news I gad already received at another dealership. Thanks to Amberley Thomas and Jerome Dunkin I was able to leave with the car I wanted all on my own. Excellent hospitality

There are a lot of reasons to dislike Hyundai dealers, but none of those reasons are on display at Potamkin Hyundai. These guys are TOP NOTCH. After calling other dealers about this specific car, I was refused a simple test drive unless I finished a credit app. Frustrating, but Nick Brown, JR, Jerome and Basil made this whole thing easy. Nick worked with me through the order process going ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet my requests. Basil/Jerome hammered out the money side with me. I was very specific on how I wanted to complete this deal and was so satisfied. I had some poor conceptions about this brand but I am really coming around. When you have good people representing a brand like the names mentioned above it’s hard not to consider the rest of the product line. Very very happy. I recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai reach out to this group. Feel confident that they take your interest seriously and will work out a fair deal.
